Internal wiring harness of the entire vehicle
All built-in wiring harnesses of the whole vehicle are made of automotive-grade standard wiring harnesses, with more than 80 connectors. Vertical curved surface machine wrapping
Apart from the dashboard of this product that uses artificial wrapping, the rest of the decorative kits are all wrapped by machine. Traditional manual wrapping with a hair dryer can easily cause uneven glue distribution. Although the smoothness can be achieved in the short term, bulging may occur in the long term. Compared with manual wrapping, machine wrapping can more evenly activate the glue through the channel, vacuumize after pressing, and then heat up and reactivate twice for pressing.
