Jiuding's production workshop covers an area of 38,000 m2, with a highly automated 8,000 m2 precision injection molding, coating, and PC-Coating workshop, a 10,000 m2 lamp assembly workshop, and a 7,000 m2 coating workshop.
Starting from "pattern making", the production process is strictly matched to the customer's customized needs!
The first step is to communicate with the customer, process and customize the car interior design;
Then, through electronic digital technology, batch cutting and slitting processing is carried out in conjunction with an automatic cutting machine according to the layout requirements;
According to the customized requirements from customers, digital technology is used to punch holes and seam the formed cut leather. The styles are diverse and the finished products are beautiful and luxurious;
The formed leather is transferred to the sewing process. Luxurious production comes from the pursuit of details. The workshop is equipped with imported equipment units such as double stitching, single stitching, and overlocking. Top-level sewing creates fine craftsmanship and elegant production. In addition, the production workshop is also equipped with a hand-made custom package for the steering wheel!
After the leather covering is completed, environmentally friendly adhesives are used for spray bonding, and then vacuum adsorption is used to increase the surface adhesion and flatness of the surface and the base material!
Subsequently, all products will be positioned and coated by hand according to customer requirements. After all products are coated, they will enter the next process only after passing 100% verification!
